INTERDIMENSIONAL PORTAL Michael G. Smith, Crystal Power, Llewellyn Publications, 1984 The Interdimensional Door was inspired by many of the Native American log medicine arches; gates of the sun of the South Americans; arches of the Far East; and the stoneworks of the northern tribes of Europe. The Basic Stonehenge shape is one of the easiest to construct. This was an extra-experimental project with results that proved to be extremely variable as well as nebulus [sic]. This door can be built on any scale from 6" in height to 6', or even taller. Shape is important and wood is suitable material. Stone can be used, but it is very heavy and difficult to work with. One of the differences in this project is that once it is constructed, the person who built it has little or no control over what or who comes in and goes out of the door.
