The other client suffered from agoraphobia, so we charted his panic attacks. Other therapists had suggested that the cause was his marriage, but, as can be seen by the graph, that is unlikely. The likely cause is his general self-confidence level. When he liked himself and felt worthwhile, his panic reduced significantly, but when he felt he wasn't good enough, he got panicky.
