STRUCTURE OF THE TEMPERATURE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

A computerized surveillance system, consisting of 3 redundant microprocessor-subsystems, is being built and under test now on the sodium cooled fast reactor KNK II, using optical fibres for the data transfer. Different sets of surveillance algorithm as they will be provided for a large breeder are under test.
